USC faculty and staff are welcome to visit and use USC’s Capital Campus. Below are resources to address the most common questions.

Reserve an Office at the Capital Campus

Temporary Offices: Faculty and staff visiting USC’s Capital Campus are welcome to work out of our space on a temporary basis. Offices are available upon request.

Permanent Offices: Faculty and staff who would like to reserve permanent offices should work through their dean’s or unit’s leadership to submit a formal request for office space.

Tour the Capital Campus

Faculty and staff are welcome to visit the Capital Campus during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Tours are self-guided. Access to spaces will be limited based on events, classes or other activities occurring in the building at the time of the visit.

Hold a Program, Meeting, Class or Event at USC’s Capital Campus

USC faculty and staff are eligible for discounted rental rates to host programs, classes and events at USC’s Capital Campus:

Classes and Academic Programs

Requests and ideas for classes or academic programs should be submitted to the appropriate dean’s office for review and approval. USC’s Capital Campus typically works directly with deans’ offices to confirm programming at least one semester ahead of time. However, faculty who don’t know where to start are welcome to contact us for help brainstorming and additional guidance.

Meetings

Meetings for 15 or fewer individuals are free of charge for USC faculty and staff and can be held in one of our conference rooms. Please contact us to reserve a conference room.

USC’s Capital Campus has beautiful spaces to host events of all sizes and types. For additional questions or to discuss hosting an event, please contact us.
