Special rates are available for USC faculty and staff, government agencies and nonprofits, and USC alumni.

Capital Campus Penthouse
USC’s Capital Campus Penthouse is a stunning space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 180-degree view from the National Cathedral to Capitol Hill and an incredible rooftop terrace, perfect for meetings and receptions for groups of 80 or fewer.
Capital Campus Auditorium
USC’s Capital Campus Auditorium is a brand-new space for conferences and events of up to 180 people. Including state-of-the-art AV, a stage, catering kitchen and an attached outdoor patio, the space can be configured for meetings, receptions, elegant dinners, performances or other uses.
Flexible Meeting Rooms
Two configurable, well-appointed meeting rooms can be used for breakout spaces, classes, board meetings and other uses. With capacities of up to 30 and 50, respectively, these rooms include screens, projectors, AV and podiums for use.
